The 5 different modules can be taken in any order. Each module can be concluded with a partial certificate\, or attended as a separate retreat for yourself. \nThis retreat: This module offers a wonderful introduction to and deepening of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and thus to the essence of classical yoga philosophy. In this 10-day Intensive Retreat we discuss Chapter I and II of the ‘Yoga Sutras of Patanjali “\, a comprehensive study and practical application of the 8 steps of yoga and meditation. We’ll discuss the ethics of life- The different stages of higher consciousness – Different meditation techniques – Useful expressions of love- The philosophy of the causes of suffering – Living and integrating Yoga in our everyday – How do you live like a yogi? How do apply your yoga principles and practice in your daily life? \nAll afternoons are free to relax\, swim\, read\, hike\, or explore the beautiful region of Occitanie! \n
