Ready for the day ahead. \n\n\nEvening Yin & Meditation\nEarly evening classes will be a much slower and more restorative affair\, helping you wind down at the end of each day. Restorative & Yin Yoga postures help release chronic tension\, with gentle massages and Yoga Nidra guided meditation to encourage a deep and restful night’s sleep. \n\n\nAll classes are completely optional on this retreat; you can do as much\, or as little\, as you like! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour teacher – Beth Morgan (founder of Yogalates London)\n\nBeth \n\nBeth will be leading all classes for this retreat.  She has been teaching since 2014 and has advanced qualifications in Solomon Yogalates\, Yin Yoga & Hatha Yoga.
