for a week co-facilitated by Hannah, Jaspah, Maud, Kate, and Aleisha.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily tasks and responsibilities and gift yourself a nourishing week of self care and relaxation where you can truely prioritise your wellbeing. Centred around the practice of yoga with 2x daily classes + 3x yoga workshops, this week is also all about connecting to community and immersing ourselves in the local region. We’ll eat fresh vegetarian meals made with local produce, drink delicious french wine, visit local markets and natural swimming spots, go for a hike, relax by the pool, and create space to simply relax.
