Escape to the French Country Side

Yoga & Culinary Retreat

A yoga, culinary and cultural adventure in the magical area of south-west France – a visit here is a journey
back in time. I hope you can join us.

We will be spending our days in a 12th century stone coach house recently renovated and restored with
a modern farmhouse vibe. Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees among 15 acres of woodland & old
vines in warm and sunny region of South West France, our retreat house offers six bedrooms with
modern ensure bedrooms, each accommodating 2/3 guests, a 500 sq foot yoga room, a heated
swimming pool, and, a professional kitchen with dining capability for 20 guests.

Domaine de Mournac and the surrounding area, dotted with medieval villages and breathtaking
castles, is truly is a perfect backdrop for our week together. We will include daily yoga, pranayama&
mediation classes, chef-prepared local cuisine, relaxation, nature walks through vineyards, hiking to
nearby Mont Sec (a must), wine tastings, & excursions to nearby historic towns

Our location – the small village of Antugnac, is located 45 minutes south of the medieval city of
Cacasonne & 1.5 hours from Toulouse. The route from Toulouse is quite direct and, there are many
cheap flights available from Paris as well as other airports in the south. Group transport can be arranged
from Toulouse or, if you prefer independence, we recommend renting or sharing a car.

required, rather enthusiasm and curiosity to learn. New students will be introduced to the practice using
a unique step by step approach, providing a sampling of the therapeutic and meditative benefits of this
practice. Those with an already established practice will be assisted at their level of practice with daily
instruction in pranayama & mantra.
