Tatjana is an experienced yoga teacher from Germany.
She has trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Mathieu Boldron and deepened her practice in Rishikesh, India, gaining a deeper understanding of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation practices.
Her yoga classes are neither classic Hatha nor strict Ashtanga Vinyasa style, but are constantly shifting and influenced by the techniques and teachings she has come across so far.
She likes to share what she likes most about yoga: becoming one with breath, body and mind through concentrated practice; the physical and partly challenging play with balance; and the pleasure of a yoga flow, in which the body melts from one asana into the next.
As a medical doctor, alignment and a safe practice are important in her teachings; at the same time, she is well-aware of the power that yoga holds and the many ways it can help us to live a good life in the fast-moving and quickly changing world we live in.
