Absolute beginners and those of all ages are warmly welcomed to this gentle and relaxing retreat.
We will explore our theme of the Chinese Five Elements (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth) through qigong, yoga, discussion, meditation and mindful movement throughout the week, supported by a wonderful chef who will be preparing meals aligned to our elements. There will be at least four hours per day of guided practice, mostly in the mornings and evenings, so you’ll have every afternoon free to enjoy the pool, snooze in the warm shade, enjoy the views or explore the local area.
Our practices will be slow and gentle, and can be adapted to suit each person. You don’t need to be experienced, fit or flexible to take part, and every session is optional so you can join in with as much or as little as is right for you.
For those with an existing practice, you are very welcome to use the studio space and props for your own personal practice in addition to the guided sessions.
