Come and feel the earth beneath your feet and immerse yourself in a week of nature, yoga, and meditation.

During 11 sessions ( plus meditation ) Natalie will share her 25 years of experience. Inspired by various traditions,  she mainly adapts the mastery of Iyengar with more recent discoveries of connective tissue from the foot to the head.

Each morning starts silently with meditation : either seated or walking. The morning practice is energising and movement based; the evening is restorative and breath orientated. Both are up to 2 hours long.

The week aims to offer a wider space to sense one’s body & mind. The sessions offer methods to soften and unravel in order to find more freedom of movement, and to be in the world with more lightness and ease.

The afternoon breaks are open to retreat more deeply, swim in the heated pool, hike or take excursions.

Natalie will lead a reflexology workshop to support the “foot to head ” connection and a skill to take home.

All three meals and snacks will be delicious and vegetarian.
