What to expect:
Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation classes will be led by Natalie Martin and Rebecca Hurtrel. Both are 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified teachers, taught by Dr. Gaurav Malik of Ashtak Yoga School, India. They both teach a more traditional and holistic Hatha yoga, with the inclusion of meditation, mantra and breathing practices. The beauty of this, is that you will experience a rejuvenation of not only your physical body but of your mind and spirit too. All levels are welcome!
Roomissa specialises in massage treatments that leave you blissfully floating. This retreat has been specially designed to ensure you receive maximum health benefits, therefore a 90 minute treatment is already included in the price. You’re welcome!

I believe that everything is Yoga, from Ayurveda to Astrology, to hot chocolates and sunshine! I teach informal classes with a smile, because it really helps, and I always encourage softness in the practice. My main aim is to help you find your own bliss.
Hello, I’m Roomi!
I’m a passionate body therapist, foodie and entrepreneur based in Sweden and India. In India, I met my master teacher, Tapesh Paradiso, who introduced me to a new epic chapter of body work. In my therapy sessions I use techniques from eastern and western styles like shiatsu, deep tissue, lymph, myofascial release etc. All combined to create a unique experience where yourbody is an instrument and the practice a symphony.

If yoga has taught me anything, it’s that we have two choices in every situation: love or fear. In choosing Yoga, we choose love. Hatha is my prefered style of teaching and practicing. I trained in India where Yoga is a tonic for the soul. Yoga is more than a job for me – it’s a lifelong happiness project! Im also a Neuro Occupational Therapist, so I have more than 10 years experience in the health industry. In any way that I can, I aspire to inspire happy, healthy and mindful living.
