How often do you take time out for yourself?

These days, our fast-paced digital lifestyles can leave us feeling drained, frazzled and increasingly isolated. Even on holiday, it can be a struggle to let go and find time for ourselves.

What would it feel like to immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the mountains for five days? No family members to look after, no meals to cook, no emails…

A fun and relaxing rural break, this retreat offers you the chance to unplug from responsibilities, immerse yourself in nature and reconnect.  With delicious, heart-warming meals prepared for you, and a varied programme of classes and activities, you won’t need to worry about a thing.

Expect daily Yogalates & Yin classes, guided meditation, lovingly prepared meals (made with fresh, local ingredients) and plenty of free time and space to relax or explore these stunning surroundings at the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Watch the mist rolling in the valley below, and see the sun travel across the sky…

Discover your own slice of paradise, whether that’s exploring the surrounding woodlands and vineyards, taking a dip in the pool, or relaxing in a hammock with a good book! This is your time to spend however you wish.

Highlights include:
  • 4 nights stay at Domaine de Mournac
  • Bespoke, fully equipped yoga studio onsite
  • Twice daily Yogalates, Yin & meditation classes
  • Relaxing sound bath led by Anne Chaimebault
  • Heated pool
  • Nourishing, whole foods cuisine, prepared with local ingredients (and love!)
  • ‘Bliss ball’ making workshop
  • Guided hike to nearby Mont Sec
  • Massage treatments
  • PDF recipe book with guest retreat chef Nikoleta’s top recipes
Morning Yogalates

The daily morning practice will be a slow and steady yet dynamic fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates, known as Solomon Yogalates™.  This award-winning method intelligently combines core-stabilising mat Pilates exercises with traditional, heart-opening Yoga practices, connecting breath and movement in a way that will leave you feeling strong, energised and simply blissful. Ready for the day ahead.

Evening Yin & Meditation

Early evening classes will be a much slower and more restorative affair, helping you wind down at the end of each day. Restorative Yin Yoga postures help release chronic tension, with gentle massages and Yoga Nidra guided meditation to encourage a deep and restful night’s sleep.

All classes are completely optional on this retreat; you can do as much, or as little, as you like!

“I loved the retreat. I came home feeling anything is possible. Beth’s commitment and enthusiasm is contagious! I said last time I felt ten years younger, and it’s true. I have more energy and zest for life. The food and whole nurturing experience was amazing, also meeting other people and having a shared experience is great fun. I wish I was nearer to Beth’s classes so I could experience that warm fuzzy feeling every week. Looking forward to next one! – Deborah, 59, Lancashire
