The 5-day Signature Deep Dive Retreat will offer a range of sessions, interspersed with time for self-reflection, time for yourselves, good sleep and good food!
This Deep Dive Includes:
— Group ‘Mind’ Sessions designed to help you learn about yourself & how to become more balanced & resourceful with whatever life brings your way
— Morning and evening yoga and meditation practices
— Healthy, healing and delicious brunch and dinner every day
— Hiking (guided or unaccompanied) in the beautiful Occitanie country-side
— Time for personal reflection, sleeping, recharging
— Visits to local vineyards, markets and stunning nearby towns
— Optional 1-2-1 coaching

All rooms are luxury and have an en-suite bathroom. However some are a little larger or have an extra special view. All rooms are shared unless otherwise specified.
